AidBridge aims to be usable by every student, including students with disabilities.
Where we are
We build with accessibility in mind — semantic headings, labeled forms, keyboard-reachable controls, a skip-to-content link, visible focus styles, and status announcements for dynamic content. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as our reference standard.
We are honest about the limits: AidBridge is an evolving product built by a student team, and we have not completed a full independent WCAG audit. We do not claim complete WCAG or ADA conformance. Testing and improvements are ongoing, and some third-party content we link to (like externally hosted PDFs) may have its own accessibility limitations we can't fix — where possible we provide alternative routes, like links to the original source pages.
